Meet the Pastor

Pastor Chris grew up in the Dallas metroplex and attended First Baptist Church of Dallas until adulthood.  It was at the age of six that he gave his life to Christ and had a deep desire to see others come to know the majesty and forgiveness of their Creator like he did.  He met his wife JoAnn at Bible College, as they both surrendered their lives to serve God in ministry,  and they married in 1989.  Together they have served in ministry much of their marriage.  As well as his ministry experience, Pastor Chris served the citizens of Dallas for twenty-eight years in law enforcement,  which gave him a broad perspective of family dynamics, suffering,  trying to equip a society to flourish and much more.  His wife JoAnn also has a desire to see people learn the wholeness that comes from having a daily relationship with God attained by the atoning sacrifice of Christ that bridges the gap between God and people, thus resulting in hope and vitality for living and spreading His love.
